You must inspect saltwater reels and rods immediately upon delivery. Report any damage within 7 days of receipt.

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Opened reel maintenance parts (hygiene reasons)
• Clearly marked discounted/final sale items
• Used or damaged fishing tackle (unless received that way)
• Custom or special order saltwater rods & poles

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:
