If for any reason you’re not happy with your gear, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. For exchanges, we’ll replace your item with the same product or a comparable alternative if available.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect all our anglers, we cannot accept returns on:
- Reel Maintenance & Parts (opened packages due to hygiene reasons)
- Discounted items (clearly marked as final sale)
- Used or damaged fishing tackle (unless received that way)
- Custom or special order saltwater rods & poles
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return your fishing gear:
- Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack your item securely in the original packaging with all included accessories.
- Ship the package to our address (we’ll provide the exact return address in our email).
- Receive your refund or exchange item once we process your return.
Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
For exchanges to international locations (excluding Asia and certain remote areas), additional shipping charges may apply.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days after receiving your return
- You’ll receive tracking information via email
- Delivery times follow our standard shipping estimates (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS)

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective fishing product:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item (we’ll cover return shipping)
Note: For saltwater reels and rods, please inspect carefully upon delivery as damage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
